    When one of your personnel is about to be killed by a dilemma, if he or she is present with a Medical personnel, stop that personnel instead. Then you may discard the top card of your deck to shuffle this interrupt into your deck.

    "It reads the DNA coding of damaged organs, translates that into a specific set of replicant instructions and then begins to grow a replacement."
