Draw Deck Strategy
Seed Establish dominion foothold on appropriate alpha mission based on wormhole location and solvability - without in the zone it can also be seeded on Betazed for a 60 point mission with Victory is life. Then solve any of the 35-point space missions (aq or dq!) with victory is life for the 100 point. If losing point along the way do some battle for points and/or score on the self-seeded cytherians. Depending on opposition and space line there are many variants to the 100 basic points though; for example establish dominion foothold on Find hidden base for 55 points with VIL, then solve a space mission with self seeded cytherians for 105 point with margin for loosing a few - this can be good if Betazed looks too loaded with dilemmas, likely since it's 45 point is a nice looking target for doing so... There are plenty of more options, again, it's built for flexibility primarily.
Main play strategy: First round download a Battleship to Output in GQ, play a free universal guy if possible (preferably not a Jem Hadar if possible, save for later). The download Deyos with DH in order phase, which is end of boring first round (improvement point). Second round try getting a Cmd start person out, preferably Jem Hadar for card draws with Deyos, and download a JEm Hadar engineer support personell with with ASP. If ok and shipped can be staffed head over to AQ and if with Wormhole Navigation schematics go directly to good location (close to main mission(s)) for Remote supply depot download with two equipments. Before disembarking use Make it so to download Ready room door to download Crew reassignment, so that Jem Hadar can report directly to Battleship, place it on top to be drawn again. Consecutive turns download Lower decks, and if deemed necessary also Defiant dedication plaque and Captains log from the tent, before discarding or using it to protect Crew reassignment. Consecutive turns report all equipment you draw for free in AQ, Jem Hadar downloads/reports to AQ (for card draws with Deyos) and Founders with In the Bag equipment replacement and re-reporting equipment in AQ. Vorta reports to GQ and fly extra ships from there (use the spacedoor as much as needed) to AQ.
Deck is not teched too much for battle, but there is enough fire power for hunting down ships as well as for personnel battle; ships are fast and there is plenty of Jem Hadar and guns to do battle as needed. There is a Transport inhibitor if lockdown is deemed advisable of a single location. There is also Post garison in there for proper lockdown.
Oh, and a final note, Bashir can nowadayd's go booooom again if opportunity arises... hint, hint, nudge, nudge, know what I mean? ;-)
Dilemma Pile Strategy
Standard 18 dilemma highlander type; loosely setup as 2+2+2 planet, space and either combos, but main selection criteria was to have have big flexibility for rebuilding depending on opponent, hence also variety to have something that should be more difficult for each. Cytherians can be used for self-seed if appropriate, e.g. small GQ or AQ or if not appropriate in opponent matchup.
