    The Dominion's newest infiltrator gives the Federation yet another person to worry about. Not only does he have a decent array of skills perfect for subtracting from your opponent's personnel with Counterintelligence, he also has useful skills for the Dominion themselves. As well as the infiltrator-standard Treachery, he supplies another source of Law, as well as Leadership and ENGINEER (hard to find in a non-Jem'Hadar personnel). Diplomacy fills out the skill set. On top of all of that, his special download of Issue Secret Orders will let you interrupt your opponent's mega-crew at exactly the wrong time.

    Combos:

    • Krajensky Founder + O’Brien Founder + Leyton Founder: Your Federation opponent might be able to expose one of them, but odds are one of the three will manage to do some mischief.
    • Krajensky Founder + Issue Secret Orders + Counterintelligence + your seeded Drumhead, Framed for Murder, and other fun dilemmas: Remove the skills your opponent needs to pass these dilemmas, and watch the bodies fly.
