Plays on table. Your personnel may attempt Alpha Quadrant missions requiring OFFICER. When you play (but not download) a 
card, you may draw up to two cards OR (once per game) download a ship and its matching commander. Make It So is not discarded when used with ships.

IDIC: Wisdom of Surak ( Live Long and Prosper)
Plays on table. Your personnel may attempt Alpha Quadrant missions requiring Honor. When you play a Vulcan Dissident as your normal card play, you may draw a card. Once per game, you may download Seek Hidden Reliquary. Your Syrranites may use Honor as if it were any other regular skill (once per game per persona; lasts until end of turn).

Requires: "Syrranite"-related cards, affiliation, Mission, Dissident, Vulcan species.
