    The ex-prefect of Bajor comes with a fairly standard complement of OFFICER skills (with Treachery in place of Honor), plus Navigation x2 for your Badlands decks and high CUNNING and STRENGTH. While his INTEGRITY of 4 leaves something to be desired, get him together with his beloved daughter and it rises to a respectable 7.

    His rank of Gul lets you play him for free at Central Command. Even better, download him with Ready Room Door to either of the two ships for which he is the matching commander.
