    This one of the coolest compatible 2E cards that should be included in literally every 1E Alpha Quadrant Deck. A non-aligned Tuvok, that can work with every affiliation, with attributes 6-7-7, which is all right, and a skill mix of Intelligence, Programming and Security, which isn't too bad either. But the fact that makes this personnel such a gem is his special skill: Whenever you download a card from your deck you may download also this personnel (as long you command an AU-personnel). Literally another built-in 'Defend Homeworld' download for an Security personnel, so there is virtually no reason not to include him in your alpha quadrant deck, it is a free personnel...

    Tuvok, Coldly Logical Soldier + Clone Machine: Download every turn a personnel, till you have your own little vulcan army...
