Martok starts off like many other Klingons, providing the OFFICER, Leadership and Honor called for on so many Klingon missions. Then things get more interesting. With Navigation x2, Martok can help cover even more missions and strategies, including a Badlands-oriented deck.
You probably want Martok for his last skill, however - it's a big one. All your Klingon ships at his location all have a +2 bonus to WEAPONS. Suddenly, your K'Vorts boast the power of a Galaxy-class starship. Your Vor'chas reach an imposing WEAPONS of 10. And your ships with matching commanders and Captain's Log
leap even beyond that. Qapla'!
