The middle-sized ship in the Kazon fleet is also the fastest. RANGE 9 will let it keep up with an unenhanced Voyager, and easily travel at least two locations on the spaceline each turn. Of course, your effective range is much higher, since the Raider can carry your Kazon Shuttle
s, and in turn be carried by the Kazon Warship
.
Rounding out the high RANGE (especially for a one-staffing-icon ship) are WEAPONS and SHIELDS of 7. Compare this to the equivalent Klingon ship, a K'Vort at 7-6-6, and the opportunities for battle become obvious.
Combos:
- Many Kazon Raiders + Kazon Warship + Wormhole
s: Pack the raiders inside the warship, and one set of wormholes lets you bring the entire armada. - Kazon Raider + Cullah: As matching commander, he'll bring the Raider up to 11-10-10, enough to stand up to D'deridex Advanced
s, or even Voyager! (Need a spare? The Raiders are universal, and you can always Scission yourself a second Cullah.) - Kazon Warship
