SCIENCE x3 + Exobiology x2 + Geology ... sounds tough. Well, it's no picnic, but easier than you might think. The Romulans have a universal Exobiology Mission Specialist in Takket - turning 40 points into 50 points. And all it takes is a Science PADD to turn them into 2 of the 3 SCIENCE personnel you need. Perhaps you can attach some objectives like File Mission Report or Explore Gamma Quadrant for some more points. Or try a Treaty with the Federation or some Reflection Therapy to drive up the Specialist points even higher.
