    Guilty - Provisionally

This Q-dilemma is a good choice against a battle-happy opponent. When he encounters it in a Q-Flashimage (or seeded with Beware of Qimage), he'll have to choose between losing a personnel or giving you the opportunity to cancel the next battle he initiates against you. If he doesn't want to give up his battle plans, the dilemma becomes an S/P Armus.

If he goes for the battle cancellation option, he may decide to forego any further battle, or he may initiate one as soon as he can to get it cancelled and out of the way so he can attack in earnest on a later turn. But because a battle was initiated, you'll still be able to counter-attack on your next turn, or alternatively, cloak or move out of range.
