    Taar fills a lot of holes in the Ferengi skill-set. OFFICER isn't that common, considering that all the higher profile Ferengi tend to be V.I.P. and CIVILIAN. Diplomacy also isn't a big Ferengi talent, yet is still handy for dilemma passing. Astrophysics, as well, is a skill that's harder to find in the orange-background cards. But his special ability is the big one - doubling Ferengi Attack, anywhere in the same quadrant, makes an older dilemma much nastier: unless 2 Greed (not that common in non-Ferengi decks) or CUNNING + STRENTH > 136, you'll get to kill two people of your choice. Not bad for an old AU dilemma.

    Combos:

    • Taar + Ferengi Attack: A personnel you'll probably use anyway, with a big nasty dilemma to boot.
    • Taar + Letek + Ferengi Attack: A perfect dilemma set-up for mission stealing: mean requirements for the opponent, no requirements at all for you.
