Each of the Second Edition cards for the 20th Anniversary Collection is inspired by an expansion for the Star Trek: CCG. For the Return to Grace set we are given Sito Jaxa, Undercover "Terrorist.".
She has learned her lesson and is more honorable and stronger than the cadet version (Sito Jaxa, Nova Squadron Pilot). Whether the character was killed or captured is still a Star Trek mystery and her ability reflects this question. If she is killed or captured in the game she has the Return to Grace theme of pulling a card from the discard pile. In this case, it has to be a Next Generation icon card and it has to go to your hand. See, some other affiliations besides Bajorans can raid the discard pile. Given that Sito Jaxa is a Bajoran, it makes perfect sense. Her Honor, Navigation, and Transporters make her perfect for the Deliver Supplies mission and her varied skills and strong attributes make it easier to get past many of the most popular dilemmas. All of this for 2 cost; she's perfect for most Next Generation decks.
