Tabor offers a solid mix in classification and skills. Anything in a double affiliation suit can never prove a waste, right? Add ENGINEER and SECURITY to that package and you've got Tabor helping you out with nearly all the personnel-type-related dilemmas in the Voyager environment.
Dear ol' Tabor will also be filling up quite some blanks in the Delta Quadrant. One of his traits that will undoubtedly stand out most is his skill of Resistance. Whether you need to solve Contact Resistance
