Makbar's new Law skill gets you past a couple of dilemmas, and a MEDICAL is always useful in any Away Team. But her most important skill is that of doubling the Extradition dilemma. She only has to be at the same location as the dilemma ("here"), and even serves to trigger the use of the Extradition (which requires opponent to have Law or Treachery "here"). Keep her on a ship or facility with a load of SECURITY personnel, and your Extradition will let you board 8 SECURITY onto your opponent's ship and take two captives. That leaves a tidy little Away Team to battle your opponent and decimate his crew.
Combo:
- Makbar + Extradition + Interrogation x2: Annoy your opponent by picking up two points each turn, or grab his two best personnel and hope he'll redeem at least one for 10 points.
