Diplomacy and Honor are in relatively short supply for this affiliation, and his INTEGRITY of 8 is outstanding for a Cardassian. He's also a good source of MEDICAL skill who can be reported or downloaded to a Nor with Ops
, even if you have no Infirmary
, or even reported for free at Central Command
