This main mirror meanie not only packs a set of skills that we'd expect from someone behind the wheel of the I.S.S. Enterprise
, but proves to be a very versatile character indeed!
His Leadership x2 and OFFICER classification will be able to lead the Empire in battle (remember Emblem Of The Empire lifts affiliation attack restrictions for your 
personnel) or helps you through the plethora of dilemmas requiring Leadership (you wouldn't want him encountering the Gorn though). But that's only where the fun starts! Always had trouble with In The Pale Moonlight
or Zaldan
when playing Federation? Not anymore, as Tiberius' treacherous nature supplies the otherwise honorable affiliation with his own little way to get things done. Don't forget The Art Of Diplomacy if somewhere along the line you'd need a more civilized approach : James T. practices it very well.
Tiberius also provides a single serving of Archaeology to assist SCIENCE personnel in the Hunt for DNA Program
or the occasional Excavation II
. But the Tantalus Field
is the real prize! Zap those intruders or target anyone on the other side of the spaceline. That's right : "here" means "anywhere at that location." All that without even solving a mission! Your opponent's sense of security just went out the door. What about that Classic Communicator
