At first glance, the Groumall looks like a bad deal compared to the universal Military Freighter
- one more SHIELDS, but one less WEAPONS for a dismal 4. But its special download saves it, letting you upgrade WEAPONS to 8 in exchange for the loss of 1 SHIELDS. Its other advantage is in its lore: Dukat
is its matching commander, downloadable via Ready Room Door
and allowing the usual Captain's Order enhancements.

- Groumall + Deliver Supplies
+ System 5 Disruptors
+ Intercept Maquis
: Use it as a freighter for Deliver Supplies (with any Non-Aligned crew member allowing the mission attempt), then beef up the WEAPONS to help out with Intercept Maquis.
