This card just tickles my fancy, somewhat like Ooby Dooby did. Not only can anyone report their CIVILIANS here, but you can have a shopping expedition or a brawl. What fun!
Even if you're not playing with a Nor yourself, it would be worth keeping one of these with your seed cards (up to six sites seed for free, so you have nothing to lose) in case your opponent has a Nor.
Combos:
- Promenade Shops + a deck heavy on events, interrupts, and equipment: Two card draws on many turns (the probe card, then your regular card draw), without The Traveler: Transcendence to get Uxbridged, or get you introuble with a Thought Fire.
- Promenade Shops + lots of doorways + a bunch of CIVILIAN Soong-type Androids: Any excuse for a brawl, and it might just keep your opponent out of the Promenade (so he won't get any ideas for a shopping trip).
- Promenade Shops + Orb of Prophecy and Change: See what's coming up next in your deck and decide whether to bring in the brawlers or not.
