    The Headquarters of the Federation provides a great deal of flexibility in free reporting. From Mission Specialist Norah Satieimage clear up to heavy hitters like Admiral Rikerimage and Spockimage, many of the cards you'll already want in your deck are exactly the cards that can report free at the Office of the President.

    Of course, the Office can also combine well with a Visit Cochrane Memorialimage strategy, but remember that since it is a Headquarters (not an Outpost), you cannot download Mission Specialists there when you play the objective. You would have to report a human ENGINEER there normally or shuttle a Specialist in from a nearby outpost to get the ball rolling.

    Combos:

    • Office of the President + Admiral Rikerimage: Using Riker's special download of any Enterprise, you can get a ship and a good captain for her, all without using your card play.
    • Office of the President + an appetite for destruction: Many of the Federation's best battle-oriented cards report for free to the Office of the President including Admiral Hayesimage (a bonus to all Federation ships at his location), Admiral Leytonimage (who can initiate battle against the Dominion) and Admiral Rikerimage (who can lead you into battle against Klingons).
