One of two Shakaar resistance cell personnel appearing in Blaze of Glory, Furel should fit neatly into virtually any Bajoran strategy. When attempting missions, his ENGINEER is invaluable both in space (for dilemmas like "Pup" and Gravimetric Distortion) and on planets (for the nasty Duonetic Field Generator, among others). Biology and Geology will also help you with dilemmas like Aphasia Device and Odo’s Cousin.
If you have plans for battle first and missions later, Furel is still the man for the job. With his special download of Sniper, you can take out some of your opponent's personnel before you even get to the combat pairings.
Combo:
- Furel + Kira Nerys: More than just reuniting old comrades, use Kira and HQ: Return Orb to Bajor to quickly retrieve the Orb of Prophecy and Change, then use Furel's Sniper download with the "sneak preview" of your probe results to take on your opponent.
