Here's a new way to make use of both captives and Founders: let your Founder impersonate the personnel you captured. If the captive has skills you can use, it's an alternative to a nullifiable Brainwash to incorporate those skills into your Away Team. If not, send the impostor home to infiltrate for whatever devious purposes you can think of.
Combo:
- Impersonate Captive + Counterintelligence: Subtract exactly the skills he needs (they're his own personnel's skills, after all) from his Away Team.
