    Acquired by Zek from one of his contacts on Cardassia III. The Grand Nagus used the Orb to contact the Prophets, then sold it to the Bajoran government at a substantial profit.

    Reporting for duty just got a lot easier. But the Orb of Wisdom isn't just limited to cards that report - it also allows those Events, Objectives or Incidents that play to locations to play for free as well. So the question here is how can you get the most out of this card? The answer, of course, is HQ: Return Orb to Bajorimage. All it takes is an Orb-icon personnel to allow you to use the artifact, and since you needed the Orb-icon to use HQ: Return Orb to Bajor, you're ready to make tracks.

    The three affiliations that have ready-made Orb-icon personnel are Bajorans (Kira Nerysimage, Kai Opakaimage, Bareil Antosimage, The Emissaryimage and soon-to-be Vedek Daximage), Cardassians (Boradimage) and Ferengi (Quarkimage and Grand Nagus Zekimage). Of course, any personnel can get an Orb-icon with the Orb Experienceimage Interrupt, but that is not quite as easy to use as those who already sport the icon.

    This powerful Artifact can be used to enhance almost any strategy. For example: armadas, mission solvers, Espionage, Capture decks, Nor decks of all sorts, personnel battle, Patrol Neutral Zoneimage, etc. etc. etc. If you can get to this artifact early enough, any strategy you can think of will be faster with the ability to report an extra card for free each turn. Add this on top of other report-for-free functions, and watch the insanity unfold!

    Combos:

    • Orb of Wisdom + The Emissaryimage: Not only does the All Holy Sisko have a snazzy Orb-icon, but you'll get to report two Bajorans per turn to his location! On top of that, each of your Bajorans present will get a whopping +5 INTEGRITY bonus.
    • Orb of Wisdom + Grand Nagus Zekimage + The Ferengi Rules of Acquisitionimage + The Scepter of the Grand Nagusimage + Quark's Barimage + Docking Portsimage: Your waiters and dabo girls, as well as Quark and Romimage, report for free. Your D’Kora Transports report for free. Your Rules events download and report for free. And you still get another free card play of your choice to that location, all on top of your regular card play. Aye carumba!
