    Jean-Luc Picard overrode the holodeck safety protocols during the Borg invasion of the U.S.S. Enterprise-E. Without those protocols, even a holographic bullet can kill.

    Plays on table. While in play, suspends Holographic Safty Protocols ( Hologram personnel may mortally wound). Also, Hologram weapons mortally wound instead of stun.

    Requires: Hologram "species".
